Strategic Leadership Lessons: From an F-15 Eagle to your Small Business

Leadership is a key factor for success in today’s business world. And Leadership is that kind of soft skill that we learn from practice, from inspiring others and also with our own perspectives and experiences.

As a Leader, you need to develop abilities while having a clear vision. Your team will follow your ideas and thus leaders lead by example.

This is why Leadership is an art; leaders need to inspire, empower and motivate constantly. In our lives we encounter obstacles and challenges and we are the ones that need to be determined in order to make an impact and achieve the change we aspire to happen; and this is what leaders do every single day.

Former Air Force F-15 Pilot Steve Olds is now applying to small business the leadership and endurance skills he learned and developed over the years. In this fast paced and thought provoking conversation we explore what it means to lead from an F-15 Eagle and down to your very own business. To be a leader in the business world today, Steve draws form his own personal experiences to define leadership in a different way, focusing on small and mid-sized businesses and international teams. Join us on this episode on "Strategic Leadership"

The Keys to Entrepreneurial Success!

When we talk about Business or entrepreneurial success, we might not be real sure what it is or how to define it. Whether you have been in business for years or you are a start-up, things look harder and more difficult than what you originally thought.

What you need to do is to understand what makes you apart, what is important for you and your company and see how you start redirecting some of the approaches you have been using.

This actually is the number one critical issue for all people and companies that do change: realizing the need to adapt to the changing business environments, looking at the trends and doing the things you need to do to improve all areas in your company. When you do it, something starts to happen and suddenly there is a better flow, new ideas start to flourish, a more dynamic team takes action, goals are reached and visions are aligned. In all, you start talking about success.

There are many definitions on business success and in this program we discussed some ideas that may allow you to understand some of the Key Elements to Entrepreneurial Success. If you want to listen to our show Click HERE!

Think of strategic words in your business: Keys to Success, entrepreneurial success, vision, goals, performance, teamwork, change, strategy, trends, continuous learning.

And again, when you, your staff, team members and your company start talking about success and what it would mean to be successful (and yes we know we all measure Success in a different way) things start to change!.

How do you define Success? There are many definitions on business success and in this program we will be discussing some ideas that will allow you to understand some of the Key Elements to Entrepreneurial Success.
