Today we are celebrating an incredible day as my radio show Performing at Your Best: Mindset Evolution on VoiceAmerica Business is reaching its first big milestone: I will be LIVE at 6 pm EDT this afternoon to celebrate our show #50.

It has been an incredible journey as I had never been a radio host before and one that I have truly enjoyed; particularly learning about new subjects on performance and mindset, and learning how to interview amazing people - my guests - who have been an integral part of our success. Productivity is a key topic in today’s business world. 

It mixes what you do with how you do it and why you do it. 

Doing it right is not enough. You also need to do it effectively and efficiently and with the help and contribution of a committed and engaged TEAM.

Welcome to a Memorable 2016!

Welcome to 2016!

This new year can be a magnificent year, it can be an incredible year where you can start writing your own stories, prepare a new plan and work on your goals in order to achieve them. 

A new year is a wonderful opportunity to create everything we want for ourselves, our teams, our companies. And as I have heard Brian Tracy saying so many times, this is a wonderful moment to be alive and be in business.

A new year is a blank page for you to fill out; the new pages of brand a new book in your life, in the history of your company. 

As we start this New Year, let’s imagine the impossible, let’s imagine what we can achieve everything our minds can conceive. We all have our resources: time, team, financial and our strategies. How we take action and how we can implement all we need to do will require effort, dedication and determination.

A new concept for me in management is one that I call Dynamic Management. It will allow you to create your new plan, your new positive habits and design your new blueprint for a magnificent and a memorable 2016! Reassessing your Performance on 2015!

When O had the chance to my live show only three days before the new year, I decided to help everyone do a review of the year as it came to an end. In our FocalPoint Coaching term we call it: Stop and Reassess.

So we entered the final week of the year and as always, it was extremely important that we all see where we were and what we achieved during the year, understand what worked and what can be improved. And best of all, to start with more strength and energy the new year.

If we evaluate what we did we can be assured we can continuously improve. By doing this, we can understand everything we did to get us to the particular point in which we are today.

 

Stop and reassess is a very interesting concept that we use in our FocalPoint Coaching practice and it which allows us to review where we all are, something particularly important at the end of a year or after finishing a very important task. 

For all of us, as we ended 2015, it required evaluating what you we did, if we achieved our gals and our plans, and all the actions we implemented. Once we do this, we have a new and more clear focus of where we want to go.

Learning the Owner-Builder side of building

There are different ways you can change into the future; one of them is having a better home.

Today, being an owner-builder has become a very interesting way of learning how to build a better home/place for you and your family while reducing the investment needed to do so. And that savings could go to having a bigger home, new furniture or having new plans.

A Year of Performing at Your Best!

As we come to the end of the year, I have to thank so many people that have made my radio show a Success! 

When we started to think about it, Winston and Jeff from the Voice America Radio Network helped me create many incredible parts, such as the banners, the links, setting up the page, coming up with the Bio and creating the show’s name and page. Our first show was on June 2^nd so as we close the year we have already done 32 shows. And the audio and technical people at VoiceAmerica have been incredible. Many thanks to all.

I have done several shows on my own and I have had the most amazing guests. I interviewed my dear friends Margaret Maclay and Joan Detz; I interviewed incredible authors as Bob Burg and business colleagues as Ramon Palmero, Abel Calvo, Margarita Pasos, Tosin Ogunussi, Marc Kohler, and Dr. Andreas Boettcher. All are great friends, and they have shared with us and the incredible listeners that week after week join us from several parts in the world, amazing tips, new business ideas and they always give us this new perspective that we need to have in order to succeed in this fast changing world.
