This new year can be a magnificent year, it can be an incredible year where you can start writing your own stories, prepare a new plan and work on your goals in order to achieve them. 

A new year is a wonderful opportunity to create everything we want for ourselves, our teams, our companies. And as I have heard Brian Tracy saying so many times, this is a wonderful moment to be alive and be in business.

A new year is a blank page for you to fill out; the new pages of brand a new book in your life, in the history of your company. 

As we start this New Year, let’s imagine the impossible, let’s imagine what we can achieve everything our minds can conceive. We all have our resources: time, team, financial and our strategies. How we take action and how we can implement all we need to do will require effort, dedication and determination.

A new concept for me in management is one that I call Dynamic Management. It will allow you to create your new plan, your new positive habits and design your new blueprint for a magnificent and a memorable 2016! About Marc Koehler:

Marc Koehler is the President of Lead With Purpose, a team that is passionate about helping others lead more purposeful and inspiring lives. 

Marc spent nearly 10 years as a small business turnaround CEO. He recognized that the management tools and leadership approach he learned from his combined 15+ years as a US Navy Submarine Officer and large company manager would need to be adjusted to fit the small businesses he was brought in to help rescue. Marc decided to launch Lead With Purpose when he saw how many leaders were able to use the tools to become better leaders and produce sustainable business results.

Marc lives in San Diego, CA with his wife and three daughters. He has four-year degrees in both Physics and Mechanical Engineering and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He served his country in the US Navy Submarine force from 1988 to 1993.
