Ideas on Productivity!

Productivity is a key topic in today’s business world.

It mixes what you do with how you do it and why you do it.

Doing it right is not enough. You also need to do it effectively and efficiently and with the help and contribution of a committed and engaged TEAM.

Do you know how do you, your team and your company use your resources more effectively and efficiently? What key resources do you have? The main resources we all have are time, people and funds to invest in our company and our team. How do you develop them?

In short: we need to use them wisely.

Productivity has been defined as “a measure of the efficiency of a person, machine, factory, system, etc., in converting inputs into useful outputs.” So it is actually the best and most efficient use of the resources we have in order to obtain a better and bigger output.

And yes it includes all of our products, services, ideas, projects, team and all the resources you have combined with all that you and your company do. And of course they all relate to one of the main themes we cover in this Radio Show: PERFORMANCE.

Listen HERE and join us on this interesting episode as we talk on the very important subject of Productivity.

And keep improving your Performance.

Reassessing your Performance on 2015!

When O had the chance to my live show only three days before the new year, I decided to help everyone do a review of the year as it came to an end. In our FocalPoint Coaching term we call it: Stop and Reassess.

So we entered the final week of the year and as always, it was extremely important that we all see where we were and what we achieved during the year, understand what worked and what can be improved. And best of all, to start with more strength and energy the new year.

If we evaluate what we did we can be assured we can continuously improve. By doing this, we can understand everything we did to get us to the particular point in which we are today.

Stop and reassess is a very interesting concept that we use in our FocalPoint Coaching practice and it which allows us to review where we all are, something particularly important at the end of a year or after finishing a very important task.

For all of us, as we ended 2015, it required evaluating what you we did, if we achieved our gals and our plans, and all the actions we implemented. Once we do this, we have a new and more clear focus of where we want to go.

Join us on this interesting program as we discuss how you can evaluate your performance this year. To listen just Click HERE!

Creating new Business Ideas

We all need to focus on creating ideas and product or service innovation. Creating an idea is one thing, generating a business idea that creates a trend is another one.

An Idea has been defined as any conception existing in the mind as a result of mental
understanding, awareness, or activity

Business ideas come from many areas, places and may have many forms. And there are entrepreneurs, managers, business owners who are constantly creating new ideas. The products and services we use today are just that: the result of an idea well executed ad implemented in order to generate the new products and services the market place requires.

Join me take a look into business ideas and business trends. Listen HERE.

Let’s talk about SALES!

SALES is everything: for us, our products, for our company or for anything we do.

We need to always be selling and we do it consciously and unconsciously. Do you know your ABC's? There is a saying which indicates that we need to ‘Always be Closing’, and it refers to closing the sale. This is why you always need to be learning your ABC's.

We need to know who our target is; who our audience is; and then have a plan and a strategy for our marketing program and our sales processes. As we do this, we need to understand our customers, what the market needs and the value our products and services provide. This is a key element of business success!

And we need constant training on sales, whether we are experienced salesperson or we are just starting.

As we learn and improve our marketing, we will be creating new campaigns, work on our brands, do continuous sales training, implement a better marketing plan, learn and develop the sales strategies that work and a develop a customer loyalty program based on all our growth.

Join us in this new episode of ‘Performing at Your Best’ as we talk on the importance is having a sales strategy and program for our business. Click on the following link to listen: A Conversation on SALES: Click HERE!
