Escape from Your Fears! A conversation with Michelle Poler

When you decide to start an important quest, there will certainly be many questions on your head. Could I do it? Will I fail? Will I succeed? Am I able to? How will I?

When I met Michelle Poler after her TEDx Talk at the University of Houston, TX, she had already embarked on what became her life project: Facing her Fears. And for her it has been transformational.

How many fears do you have? Do you know? Are you doing something about them?

Some may be fear of failing, being rejected or not achieving, fear of not doing things right and so many others. If you constantly think that way, you will never do many of the things you want to do and achieve.

So, if you are determined to start, learn from your failures, face your fears, and finish strong you really have to get rid of your fears, even the simpler ones. This is what Michelle has taught us: you can Escape from Your Fears. As many have found, you can be afraid even of starting and taking action.

Productivity is a key topic in today’s business world. 

It mixes what you do with how you do it and why you do it. 

Doing it right is not enough. You also need to do it effectively and efficiently and with the help and contribution of a committed and engaged TEAM.

Welcome to 2016!

This new year can be a magnificent year, it can be an incredible year where you can start writing your own stories, prepare a new plan and work on your goals in order to achieve them. 

A new year is a wonderful opportunity to create everything we want for ourselves, our teams, our companies. And as I have heard Brian Tracy saying so many times, this is a wonderful moment to be alive and be in business.

A new year is a blank page for you to fill out; the new pages of brand a new book in your life, in the history of your company. 

As we start this New Year, let’s imagine the impossible, let’s imagine what we can achieve everything our minds can conceive. We all have our resources: time, team, financial and our strategies. How we take action and how we can implement all we need to do will require effort, dedication and determination.

A new concept for me in management is one that I call Dynamic Management. It will allow you to create your new plan, your new positive habits and design your new blueprint for a magnificent and a memorable 2016!
