When I decided to work on my own to help business owners and managers, I understood the importance of Business Coaching with a focus on Performance.

Reassessing your Performance on 2015!

When O had the chance to my live show only three days before the new year, I decided to help everyone do a review of the year as it came to an end. In our FocalPoint Coaching term we call it: Stop and Reassess.

So we entered the final week of the year and as always, it was extremely important that we all see where we were and what we achieved during the year, understand what worked and what can be improved. And best of all, to start with more strength and energy the new year.

If we evaluate what we did we can be assured we can continuously improve. By doing this, we can understand everything we did to get us to the particular point in which we are today.
 
Stop and reassess is a very interesting concept that we use in our FocalPoint Coaching practice and it which allows us to review where we all are, something particularly important at the end of a year or after finishing a very important task. 

For all of us, as we ended 2015, it required evaluating what you we did, if we achieved our gals and our plans, and all the actions we implemented. Once we do this, we have a new and more clear focus of where we want to go.

Learning the Owner-Builder side of building

There are different ways you can change into the future; one of them is having a better home.

Today, being an owner-builder has become a very interesting way of learning how to build a better home/place for you and your family while reducing the investment needed to do so. And that savings could go to having a bigger home, new furniture or having new plans.

Leeza and Matt Sipek have become specialists in the owner builder arena and back in 2012 Leeza and co-author Hazel Foote launched the first series of their book the Owner-Builder in Australia. In December 2015 they launched their second book in the series The American Owner-builder, which has already become a best seller.
